We all have different ideas of what it means to relax! For those of you looking for a more energising weekend why not join our Bootcamp Retreat. Kick-start your weekend with our customised ‘Health MOT’ assessment and discuss your health and fitness goals with our fitness professional Faye Brownjohn (DFAC World Champion Fitness Professional).
Our nutritional therapist, Emma Hooper will be on hand to offer one-one consultations with the emphasis on personalising a nutrition plan that is ‘right for you’ in alignment with your fitness goals. There will be an opportunity to choose from a variety of taster sessions during your stay, for example why not put your strength and endurance to the test with our pole fitness class or work on that flexibility and core strength with a Power Yoga session. There will be something for everyone - do as much or as little as you choose!
There will also be plenty of down time to relax and unwind alongside a delicious and nutritious menu including fresh juices and smoothies to keep you feeling energised!

07:00 | The Ultimate Bootcamp Challenge: Awaken the body with a combination of core strength & conditioning exercises. A challenging and varied total body workout to get you off to a flying start. |

10:00 | Power Yoga: Flexibility is an important part of conditioning the mind and body. Emma will guide you through a combination of postures in a dynamic flow routine with specific emphasis on stamina, endurance, core strength and flexibility. |

15:00 | Ultimate Kick Box Challenge: You WILL get sweaty; you WILL have fun!! This cardio kickboxing session combines martial arts techniques with fast-paced cardio. This high-energy workout challenges the beginner and elite athlete alike. Build stamina, improve coordination and flexibility and burn calories as you build lean muscle with this fun and challenging workout. |

07:00 | Bootcamp Mania: Are you up to the challenge of this whole-body workout? During this session the emphasis will be on strength, endurance and agility. You will complete tasks combining short bursts of intense activity with intervals of lighter activity. |

10:30 | The Ultimate Circuit Challenge: This fast-paced class combines a rigorous interval training sequence with high-intensity exercises. With minimal time for rest, moving between stations, this session builds cardiovascular fitness while improving muscular strength and endurance. |
