During this Girl’s Weekend Getaway enjoy the tranquillity of some of Pembrokeshire's idyllic boltholes, beautiful locations, with every creature comfort your heart could desire! Pamper yourself with a luxury facial and/or holistic massage, enjoy some quiet time and energy re-balancing with guided meditations and mindfulness sessions; Hatha Yoga flow and gentle movement classes. For those of you who prefer a more active retreat, take advantage of our on-site fitness professional with a one-one session or group fitness class.

During your stay, you will enjoy a delicious and nutritious menu (lovingly prepared by our on-site chef) and as the nights draw in, sit and unwind enjoying a glass of wine under the stars.

You will come back feeling refreshed and rejuvenated!

Day 1

15:30 Welcome & Overview: Time to meet the other members of the group, explore and settle into your home for the weekend.
16:30 Gentle Hatha Yoga: Here at Old Lan Farmhouse, we strongly believe that movement is essential to your overall wellbeing. This session uses a combination of techniques and posture work taken from hatha yoga concepts and blended with gentle stretching routines to enhance movement and flexibility. We highly recommend all of our clients engage in some type of physical activity every day, either on their own or as part of their retreat.

20:30 Pole Fitness Taster Session I: Fancy a little fun & giggles whilst exercising at the same time? Fitness professional Faye Brownjohn will guide you through some simple moves to allow you to work towards your own routine.
21:00 Relax & Unwind Around The Fire: The breath is our most direct connection to life. Various breathing techniques can be used for relaxation, meditation healing, or to tap into the subconscious mind. This session teaches you how breathing can clear the mind, de-stress the body, and reprogram yourself to let go.
21:30 Under Dark Skies: Take a dip in the hot tub under Pembrokeshire's dark skies and indulge in your favourite tipple as the night draws to a close.

Day 2

10:30 Living Your Best Life: A holistic approach to life keeps us balanced and whole. This session focuses on the health of the Spiritual, Emotional, and Physical body. You will explore your daily habits of mind and health and begin to see a new way to nourish yourself.

14:30 Setting Healthy Boundaries: Empower yourself to create your own future where you learn to release patterns of the past! Our Girls Retreat session is designed to help you learn skills that will allow you to find a more peaceful and harmonious way of being by setting healthy boundaries and remembering your priorities. Setting appropriate boundaries is one of the most essential skills for stress management and addressing mental health. In the Yogi tradition, healthy boundaries are a must!

17:00 Pole Fitness Session II: Build on the techniques from Day 1 as you learn to master more advanced moves and work towards your final routine.
18:15 Hatha Yoga Flow: Emma will provide instruction of yoga techniques that you can take home and incorporate into your daily routine for better physical, spiritual and emotional health.

Day 3

07:30 Gentle Stretching, Movement & Mindfulness: Emma will provide instruction of yoga techniques that you can take home and incorporate into your daily routine for better physical, spiritual and emotional health.

Bach Flower Workshop: With so much going on around us, it's easy for our hectic lives to takeover at times. Bach Flower remedies help to balance your emotions and fulfil your potential. The essences were developed in the 1930's by Dr Edward Bach, a physician and homeopath who believed that the key to good health was emotional harmony. By 1936, Dr Bach had developed 38 flower essences, each one derived from a different wildflower, plant or tree and corresponding to a different emotion.

In this session you will gain an insight into the system, uncover essences that are tailored to your specific needs and have the opportunity to mix your own blend to take home with you.

11:30 Pole Fitness III - 'Showtime': Work on adapting the skills you've acquired this weekend to finalise your group routine to music.

15:00 Depart & Goodbyes: You will depart Old Lan Farmhouse with a new perspective and sense of connecting to who you really are. The instructors will provide you with tools you can take into your daily routine for better physical, spiritual, and emotional health.

Everyone will receive a 25 min Facial and 25 min Massage treatment during their stay. There will be signup sheets on arrival to book your slots for the weekend.

Disconnect to Reconnect: To support the intentions of this retreat, we will encourage you to turn off mobile phones and technology during your stay at Old Lan Farmhouse.
