Day 1

15:30 | Welcome & Overview: Time to meet the other members of the group, explore and settle into your home for the weekend. One-One fitness assessments available as part of the package during this time (optional). |
17:30 | The Ultimate Circuit Challenge: This fast-paced class combines a rigorous interval training sequence with high-intensity exercises. With minimal time for rest, moving between stations, this session builds cardiovascular fitness while improving muscular strength and endurance. |
19:00 | Supper: Enjoy a sumptuous meat feast to recharge and refuel. |
20:00 | Relax & Unwind Around The Fire: Chillax amongst friends with your favourite tipple and take part in some light hearted entertainment (if you so wish), or simply retire to the hot-tub and enjoy some pamper time under the stars. |
Day 2

08:30 | Depart For Golfing Day Experience: Immerse yourself in a truly memorable game amongst friends. This challenging parkland course at Haverford West Golf Club has stunning views which include the Preseli Mountains to the north and the castles of Haverfordwest and Roch. Enjoy a delicious lunch before returning back to base. |
16:30 | Stretch & Unwind: This workshop is designed to bring a little balance, focussing more on mind-centering exercises, using breathing techniques to improve your strength, flexibility and overall wellbeing. Stretch and release the days tensions before getting ready to relax for the evening. |
17:00 | Free Time: Sports massages are available during this time. A 25 minute session is complimentary and included as part of your package. |
19:00 | BBQ Bonanza: After a hard day on the course, sit back, relax & re-charge! |
21:00 | Cheese & Wine Tasting Around The Fire Pit: Discover the aromas of a range of sumptuous wines, with an immersive wine tasting experience coupled with an impressive selection of cheese to finish off the evening in style. |
Day 3
08:00 | Breakfast: Enjoy a hearty breakfast and re-fuel ready for a day of action at the shooting range. |
09:30 | Depart For Shooting Experience: Haverfordwest Target Shooting Experience. Enjoy the camaraderie amongst friends as you put your skills to the test. Whether it’s your first time on the range or you’re a seasoned pro, there is always room to work on developing that smooth, consistent trigger press - essential for gaining that competitive edge! Enjoy the facilities including 100m, 50m, 21m ranges alongside a 10m indoor air pistol range and not forgetting the obligatory clubhouse for a post shoot drinkie or two. |
13:00 | Lunch & Free Time: Take some time to chillax with new friends and enjoy a leisurely lunch before saying your goodbyes. |
