|17:00||Gentle Hatha Yoga: Emma will provide instruction of yoga techniques that you can take home and incorporate into your daily routine for better phyiscal, spiritual and emotional health.|

|20:30||Meditation & Relaxation: The breath is our most direct connection to life. Various breathing techniques can be used for relaxation, meditation healing or to tap into the subconscious mind. This session teaches you how breathing can clear the mind, de-stress the body and reproram youself to 'let it go'.|

|07:30||Healing Through Movement I: At Old Lan Farmhouse we strongly believe that movement is essential to your overall wellbeing. This session uses a combination of techniques and posture work taken from hatha yoga concepts and blended with gentle stretching routines to enhance movement and flexibility. We highly recommend all of our clients engage in some type of physical activity every day, either on their own or as part of their retreat.|
|10:00||Creating Your Vision: During this workshop you will be provided with inspiration and the tools to create your own vision for the future. There will be time for you to explore the surroundings whilst we carry out individual one-one nutrition consultations.|
|11:00||One-One Nutrition Consultations: You are what you eat! This session involves an in-depth exploration of your current dietary habits, lifestyle and goals allowing you to set your goals and intentions for the weekend. You will also receive tips and recipes for use when you return home.|
|12:00||Healing Through Movement II: During this session we will develop moves and postures acquired in the morning session, with an emphasis on strengthening the core and looking at ways to challenge your flexibility and endurance. This is very much a personalised experience where you can work towards your own goals, at your own pace and within your own comfort zone.|
|14:00||Colour Therapy Workshop: Isn't it time to realise your full potential? Our professional life coach and colour therapist can show you how to define and achieve your dreams by discovering resources and creativity you never knew you had! This session will help you define your life and establish realistic goals through the medium of colour.|
|15:00||Free Time / Pamper Time|
|17:00||Living Your Best Life: A holistic approach to life keeps us balanced and whole. This session focuses on the health of the Spiritual, Emotional and Physical body. During this session you will have the opportunity to explore your daily habits of mind and health, identifying rituals and routines that support balance and harmony.|

|07:30||Healing Through Movement III: During the follow-up session, our instructors will help you practice the personalised program that was created for you and make additional recommendations to allow you to return home with your own toolkit to continue your personal development.|
|10:00||Stress Management Workshop: Are you ready to become the master of your life? This retreat session will teach you a powerful set of techniques to break though old patterns and belief systems, alleviate stress and stay centred. The session includes tools which you can incorporate into your daily life to help break through anxiety and depressive states of mind. Once you have gain the tools you need to avoid the damaging patterns of the mind, you will feel renewed and more alive!|

|14:00||Setting Healthy Boundaries: Empower yourself to create your own future when you learn to release patterns of the past! Our Women’s Retreat session is designed to help you learn skills that will allow you to find a more peaceful and harmonious way of being by setting healthy boundaries and remembering your priorities. Setting appropriate boundaries is one of the most essential skills for stress management and addressing mental health.|
|15:00||Depart: You will depart Old Lan Farmhouse with a new perspective and sense of connecting to who you really are. The instructors will provide you with tools you can take into your daily routine for better physical, spiritual, and emotional health.|
Everyone will receive a 25 min Facial and 25 min Massage treatment during their stay. There will be signup sheets on arrival to book your slots for the weekend.
Disconnect to Reconnect: To support the intentions of this retreat, we will encourage you to turn off mobile phones and technology during your stay at the Old Lan Farmhouse.
