Rejuvenate your mind, body and spirit with our holistic Yoga and Meditation Retreat package. Your Yoga and Meditation Retreat begins with a one-one consultation exploring your current dietary habits, lifestyle, and goals. Working with a nutritional expert the emphasis will be placed on personalising a plan that is ‘right for you’. During your stay you can also choose to enjoy one of our signature bodywork treatments including a holistic massage and luxury facial.

To maintain a healthy energetic balance, we need to care for our life-force energy. This Yoga and Meditation Retreat helps with the balancing of these centres. You can choose from various forms of Hatha Yoga sessions and be guided by our certified yoga instructors who will provide instruction of yoga techniques that you can also take home and incorporate into your daily routine for better physical, spiritual, and emotional health.

Various breathing techniques can be used for relaxation, meditation healing, or to tap into the subconscious mind. Our sessions will teach you how breathing can clear the mind, de-stress the body, and reprogram yourself to simply 'let it go'.

Sample Itinerary

Day 1

15:00 Arrival & Refreshments
16:00 Welcome, Overview & Setting Intentions: Time to meet the other members of the group, explore and settle into your home for the weekend.
17:00 Hatha Yoga: Emma will provide instruction of yoga techniques that you can take home and incorporate into your daily routine for better physical, spiritual and emotional health.
19:00 Supper
20:30 Meditation & Relaxation: The breath is our most direct connection to life. Various breathing techniques can be used for relaxation, meditation healing, or to tap into the subconscious mind. This session teaches you how breathing can clear the mind, de-stress the body, and reprogram yourself to “let it go.”
21:00 Chanting & Sound Therapy: Experience the liberating power of authentic movement and self-expression. Discover the pathway to break through old limitations and unveil the ecstatic beauty and wisdom of who you really are. During this powerful session, conscious, connected breathing and meditation is used to clear limiting beliefs which inhibit the free flow of pleasure, ease, and grace. Meditation is used to deepen your direct connection to, and respect for, the innate body and awaken every cell in the body, leaving you more alive than ever before!

Day 2

07:00 Gentle Hatha Yoga & Mindfulness: Awaken the mind, body and soul in this gentle morning session. You will be guided through a sequence of gentle postures coupled with pranayama to allow you to energise, ground and connect with body-mind sensations.
08:30 Breakfast
10:00 Free Time / Pamper Time
12:00 Creating Your Vision: During this workshop you will be provided with inspiration and the tools to create your own vision board for your future.
13:30 Lunch
14:30 Colour Therapy Workshop: Isn't it time to realise your full potential? Our professional life coach can show you how to define and achieve your dreams by discovering resources and creativity you never knew you had! This session will help you establish realistic goals through the medium of colour.
15:30 Free Time / Pamper Time
17:30 Dynamic Yoga Flow: This afternoon session will focus on bringing together earlier posture work into a series of small routines to challenge your stamina, endurance and flexibility. Our qualified instructors will guide you through variations to postures and you will work within your own ability range.
19:00 Supper
20:30 Chakra Energy Renewal & Balancing: Revitalise and restore your energy flow with this nurturing retreat session. Chakras are the seven main energy centres of our body. First mentioned in the ancient Vedas, the Hindu books of knowledge and the root of yoga, these swirling vortexes regulate our energy flow. Every sense, feeling and experience is connected to a specific Chakra. When you are stressed about something, the Chakra itself can become unbalanced and this can manifest itself as illness in your physical and emotional body.
21:15 Journey Through Breath, Meditation & Sound: Experience the liberating power of authentic movement and self-expression. Discover the pathway to break through old limitations and unveil the ecstatic beauty and wisdom of who you really are. During this powerful session, conscious, connected breathing and meditation is used to clear limiting beliefs which inhibit the free flow of pleasure, ease, and grace. Meditation is used to deepen your direct connection to, and respect for, the innate body and awaken every cell in the body, leaving you more alive than ever before! This session is a sound-sational experience which may include crystal bowls, tuning forks, and/or voice to raise your inner Chi, increasing your energy awareness and filling every cell with balance and joy.

Day 3

07:00 Gentle Hatha Yoga & Mindfulness: Awaken the mind, body and soul in this gentle morning session. You will be guided through a sequence of gentle postures coupled with pranayama to allow you to energise, ground and connect with body-mind sensations.

10:00 Free Time / Pamper Time
11:30 Group Yoga Flow: Enjoy the power of synergy! This fun session will focus on channelling the energies of the group in a coordinated series of postures and assisted partner work.
13:00 Lunch
14:00 Mind, Body & Spirit Integration and Lifeline: During this session you will review and reflect on your retreat experience with your guide, then discover how to use your own inner power to create a more joyous, abundant and healthy life... the life YOU truly desire. Our intention is to be there for you after your retreat aswell. Our Lifeline can provide the support you may need.
15:00 Depart: You will depart Old Lan Farmhouse with a new perspective and sense of connecting to who you really are. The instructors will provide you with tools you can take into your daily routine for better physical, spiritual and emotional health.

Everyone will receive a 25 min Facial and 25 min Massage treatment during their stay. There will be signup sheets on arrival to book your slots for the weekend.

Disconnect to Reconnect: To support the intentions of this retreat, we will encourage you to turn off mobile phones and technology during your stay at the Old Lan Farmhouse.
